Design Assistance and Engineering
Our Design Assistance and Engineering support includes on-site material selection seminars at your facility, as well as in-house testing of films, adhesives and processes for durability and operational performance. Inventory Management
We provide customer specific inventory management programs, including kanban and consignment inventory, for key customers. On-Site Management
An on-site relationship with a label supplier can be precedent-setting, creating something new for any manufacturer: the end of unused inventory. Our On-site Specialist programs are unique for each key customer, but based around the same essential service: the addition of a CLP employee at the customer site to manage label inventories, prepare production quantities and place orders for parts in-line with the customer’s production schedule. The CLP On-site Specialist can then foresee label demand and place orders as necessary to avoid work stoppages on the line due to missing labels. Having a CLP Specialist on-site can speed-up production, improve inventory turns and cut supply costs significantly.
